Yellow intense colour with green edges. Clean and brilliant., Nose: Intense and delicious nose of white fresh fruit with fine touches of citrus fruits that give it an attractive sensation of freshness. The luscious acidity and the persistent aromas provides a long and pleasant finale.

Hand harvest picking in boxes of 15 Kg perforated. Selection of grapes.Complete des-teaming and compress air press with cold temperature. Alcoholic spontaneous fermentation with control of temperature (12-15ºC). Aging on lees in Steel tank for 4 months with “batonnage”.Fining with isinglass. Tangential filtration. Selection of vineyards with 35 years old. Soils of granitic Entisols or sandy with clayey character. Dominant orientation in the western part, looking to the Atlantic Ocean.
ATTIS is the wine project of two brothers, Robustiano and Baldomero Fariña. Years ago, they joined the French Oenologist, Jean François Hebrard, to elevate winemaking in Rias Baixas and the possibilities of its varietals and terroir aiming to elaborate different wines, attending to their variety, plot or elaboration, bringing out each nuance and every aroma that gives them the climate, the terroir and of the Atlantic.
However our environment allows us to obtain different results starting from the autochthonous varieties. The variety, the terroir, the type of viticulture or the climate make the elaboration of different wines viable.
The freedom to explore the potential of each variety is always present in the elaboration processes. Respecting the characteristics of the varieties used, we fully express the identity of ATTIS in each of our wines: an identity in which the tradition, the effort, the patience and the know-how inherited from previous generations are the base.
