Red Wine Regional Alentejano 2019
Grape varieties: Touriga Nacional and Syrah.
Closure type: Cork.
Area of origin: Alentejo.
Winemaking: Manual harvest in small boxes. At the winery, the grapes were selected on a table, after destemming and crushing the must ferments in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures 24-26º, followed by malolactic fermentation.
Tasting notes: Expressive in the fresh fruit, with exuberance of red fruits, young and well balanced. Soft and easy in the mouth, hidden tannins, it is the fruit that commands the tasting, direct and gastronomic.
Pairings: Great for cheeses, charcuterie and barbecues.
