Area of origin: Alentejo.
Winemaking: The grapes are hand-picked into small boxes. After the selection on a table, the grapes are destemmed and pressed, fermentation occurs with controlled temperatures (12-16o) in stainless steel vats.
Tasting notes: A noble aromatic evolution, reminding us a bouquet of dried flowers, orange with a touch of pineapple. Full-bodied, but with fine acidity, the orange citrus fruit commanding. A beautiful white wine, with a modern profile but preserving the freshness of Vidigueira.
Pairings: with soft cheeses, white meats, fish and seafood.
