Winemaking: MICHEL ROLLAND : The grapes are picked at a ripeness 30 days later than usual to retain a slightly higher acidity which is then rounded out by spending at least 6 m on the lees with regularbâtonnage to add texture, ferment in small concrete eggs, and new French oak barrels.


Tasting notes: Medium yellow with gold reflections.Expressive fresh and fruity Nose. Grapefruits, honey notes. Well balanced between fresh and fruity notes. Enchaning finish.


Goes well with fish, grilled vegetables, and blue cheese.
