Spices and herbs on the nose. The palate is full of balanced acidity, melon, almonds, and mango. Fermented in small French wooden barrels and aged on the fine lees for 12 months with batonnage. An exceptional wine from the best locations around Halbturn (Neusiedlersee wine-growing region) with particular maturity and stability. This wine goes well with white meat, fish, shellfish and crustaceans.
