87% Malbec, 13% Syrah. Vines are dry farmed to create stress on the vines and subsequently grow rich, concentrated bunches of grapes. This type of farming also minimalizes intervention and excess water dependency. Grapes are hand harvested where they are selected based on quality and crushed and then undergo 3-4 days old cold soaking to extract flavor and aromas from the grapes and improve the overall quality of the wine. Fermentation take place in 100% French oak, where it also undergoes full malolactic fermentation, followed by 15 months aging in barrel. No stabilisation, fining or filtration.
